Take the full backup of the exchange database. Before performing the above task.
- Dismount the First Storage Group\Mailbox.
- At command prompt go to C:\Program Files\Exchsvr\bin from there run the below command:

isinteg -s servername -fix -test alltests
- Run this twice.
- After that the event id 1025 should be fixed. If it occurs again then exchange database needs to be repair.
