FIX:Gen9 servers enter advanced options differently that what is described for Gen8 servers and it works to disable the settings, also the error message is no longer seen in this case when RBSU setting is already Static High, the steps are simply:

F9-System Configuration-BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU)

This will bring you to the System Options menu selection. Do not hit enter

Press CTL-A @ System Options menu selection.
CTL-A does not enter standard System Options menu but instead opens advanced options related to System Options.

select service options
Set Processor Power Monitoring and choose disabled
Press enter, ignore warning message regarding modification by pressing enter again. Select disabled and press enter again.

Then ESC, ESC, Y to save and exit, enter on “Changes Saved”, ESC, select reboot the system, then enter.

There will not be an error regarding BIOS at boot now.
